Our SDIS provides the clincial Health Care Provider with the specific patient's SDOH Score where the patient lives and/or works. We are working on including the "FSBO" Frequent Symtoms by Occupation. The HCP and patient can now see the "whole person story" – in the context of the patient's detailed multi-factored data.These function were sucessfully proved during Sprint 2023.

We believe that even small countries have some form of health department and the Enterprise can build on the base level of data to create a meaningful SDIS capability. If adequate data does not exist, Enterprise 501c3 will have the capacity to send teams into a country to collect the data.
